Chocolate Pudding

Happy Fathers Day to all the fathers out there.

The most important thing a father can do for his children is love their mother..............and some men in our lives have showed us that they can be the best fathers ever.

In Honor of Fathers Day I dedicate this post to the two most important men in my life My Dad and My Husband. Thanks Dadda for all the unconditional love,support and for being the person that you are,thanks Sweetheart for opening the doors to happiness,standing by me always and loving me and our baby like you do.



For the chocolate Pudding you need

• 1 tin condensed milk
• 3-4 tbsp cocoa
• 50 gms chocolate
• 50 gms chopped hazelnuts/walnuts
  
• 2 1/2 bsp gelatin
• 2 cups milk
• 1 1/3 cups whipped cream
• 5 tbsp sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla essence

Method

1. Boil 1/2 cup water for 2 mins and dissolve the gelatin.
2. Ad cocoa to 1 cup milk.Heat over a pan of water to make a smooth paste.
3. Add dissolved gelatin,cocoa paste,rest of the milk,chopped hazlenuts,vanilla essence and chocolate pieces to condensed milk and mix well.
4. Whisk cream till stiff and fold into the mixture.
5. Pour the mixture into a souffle dish and chill.
