Am Back

Okkkk so after a long holiday and a longer flight we are back home.

Now that Im not too jet lagged,Im able to get about doing my chores, the biggest being feeding the husband who has a list of all the food he wants to eat......and as always a pleasure cooking for him.

This vacation in India was amazing, the first thing I noticed was how different the city looks, people and their lifestyles have changed. I think theres a software engineer born every other second there.

There now are so many malls......so shopping was even better.
The prices are sky rocketing......almost close to what we pay here apart from that everything is still beautiful .
The restaurants there are getting so much better now and there are so many of them which is mind boggling and it takes even longer to decide where one would like to dine.,best of all as always is the gadi panipuri and street food.

This was our first holiday with our daughter and shes been amazing all through, our relatives and friends went crazy about her . The grandparents were for sure the most thrilled ......listening to her babble, see her crawl etc. We were stuffed with so many sweets that we wont crave for desi sweets for quite sometime now.

The most difficult part was leaving my parents :( bidding farewell and the usual while trying to hold back the tears.

Welcome back Neema, I am sure you are missing your family terribly but got to get on with life as we know!:))
Glad you enjoyed the trip. I read a book called Red Carpet-B'lore stories and was shocked to read that. You seem to say the same thing, scary! Check my FH Pomegranate soup post for review of that book.
Do they have clean restrooms or public toilets? If they do, that's progress to me! I remember the horror of that there last time I visited!:P

There are so many Malls in B'lore its unbelievable, crowded like crazy but its still fun. They have open Ruby Tuesday in B'lore.
Restrooms are not too bad in the Malls.
