Thanks Val and all the other Bloggers

The Adopt a blogger program has been so good , I have so many bloggers actually looking at my blogs and liking the recipes. I would like to thank Val for all her support and encouragement.

I always liked to try out different cuisines from all around the world and would put Indian dishes on the back burner.Now since there are so many bloggers looking forward to Indian dishes I will be more than happy to post Indian dishes more often.

The next dish I make is for Val -no not a chicken dish but one with her other favourite vegetable potato!

I went to our local Library yesterday and picked up a book by Madhur Jaffrey
'From Curries to Kebabs recipes from from the Indian spice trail' the book not only gives us recipes but also the origin of the recipes.
I plan to try most of the dishes from the book and blog them as and when I can.
