Samosa

Samosa is a Indian dish,it is relished by almost everyone and can be found everywhere in the world. It is a triangular in form ,the exterior is made with flour dough and the interior is stuffed with vegetables/meat.
I used egg roll wraps but in the traditional method one has to make the dough with flour, oil, salt and water.knead it,roll it out and stuff it and then deep fry it.
To make the samosa you need

3 boiled potatoes
1/2 cup peas
1 cup minced onions
2 Tbsp minced garlic
2 Tbsp mined chillies
1 tbsp garam masala
1 Tbsp salt
corriander leaves
2 cups oil

Method

Stuffing

1.Heat 5 Tbsp oil, when hot put in the garlic, chillies, onions and fry well.
2.Add the peas, salt and garam masala.
3.Smash potatoes well and add the above ingredients to it.
4.Mix well.

To assemble the Samosa

1.Take a egg roll wraps ,cut it into 2 .
2.On one wrap place a little bit of the filling in the corner, fold over to make a triangle and fold again till it looks like a a triangle and is sealed properly.
5.Heat 2 cups oil,when moderately hot,fry the samosas .
6.Can be served with mint chutney.

variations: make with chicken or any other meat.
Use phyllo dough instead of egg roll wraps.
