Last night we went out shopping followed by a nice quiet dinner at a local restaurant which is famous for its ribs.The quantity they give is a little too much for me to finish so we asked for a to go box....
From Morning Iv been busy with packing and looking after my baby and that made way for a nice sandwich with no effort at all...I generally make a burrito with the chicken,beans,lettuce and cheese but today was Macho sandwichs' turn to be served up.
I used two slices of toasted wheat bread ,spread a little mayo followed by some lettuce salad and palced a generous amout of the chicken on the bed of lettuce topped it of with some mozzarella cheese and closed it with the other slice of bread.
